At N-Art, every artwork and print is created with care by Neelum Aftab. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.
1. Original Artworks
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original artworks, all sales of original pieces are final.

Original artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If your original artwork arrives damaged, please see section 4. Damaged or Faulty Items below.
2. Art Prints
Art prints (including limited edition and open edition prints) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The print is unused and in its original condition

It is returned in the original packaging

It has not been framed, altered, or handled excessively
You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return a print.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Please note:

Original postage costs are non-refundable

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged
3. Custom or Commissioned Work
Custom commissions or personalised artworks are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
This includes:

Commissioned pieces

Custom sizes

Personalised or bespoke artwork
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your artwork or print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
-
A description of the issue

Clear photographs of the damage (including packaging)
Where damage or fault is confirmed, we will offer:

A replacement (where possible), or
-
A full refund, including original delivery costs
5. How to Request a Return

Please do not return items without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
6. Refund Processing

We aim to complete refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item
7. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
